Do I need to go to Tesla for service in Dubai?
No. CCM Garage is a fully equipped independent EV specialist. We use the same diagnostic tools and genuine parts. You can save up to 40% versus the authorized Tesla service center while getting the same standard of repair.
Will servicing at CCM void my Tesla warranty?
Independent garage servicing does not automatically void a Tesla warranty under UAE consumer protection law. We document all work properly and use genuine or equivalent-grade parts, which protects your warranty position.
How much does EV diagnostics cost in Dubai?
We offer a free initial inspection. A full EV health check diagnostic report starts from AED 350. Final repair pricing depends on what's found — you'll receive a complete, no-hidden-fee quote before any work begins.
Can you repair Tesla chassis damage after an accident?
Yes. This is one of CCM Garage's key specialisms. We use Car-O-Liner precision equipment to straighten and measure EV chassis to manufacturer specification, and we can issue a CCM structural report for RTA purposes.
How long does Tesla battery repair take?
A diagnostic scan takes 1–2 hours. Minor battery system repairs are typically completed within 1–2 days. More complex work such as cell replacement or BMS repair may take 3–5 working days. We'll give you a timeline before starting.
Do you service EVs other than Tesla?
